Mr. Pravinchandra B. Shah, promoter Director and chairman of the Company is a Science Graduate, with over 44 years experience in the Dyestuff and Chemical Business.
Mr. Vipul P. Shah, Managing Director of the Company is a B. E. (Chem), having more than 22 years experience in the Dyestuff and Chemical Business.
Dr. Shivanath B. Sahai, Whole-Time Director of the Company has done P.H.D in Technology process and having more than 31 years of experience in marketing and Techno commercial.
Mr. Jagdeep Y. Mehta, Independent Director of the Company is a Commerce graduate from Bombay University and having more than 15 years experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Dyes and Chemicals intermediates business.
Mr. Prasannakumar B. Gawde, Independent Director of the Company is a practicing Chartered Accountant. He has experience of more than 17 years in finance and taxation.
Mr. Arvind Patel, Independent Director of the Company is a Science graduate having more than forty four years of experience in the line of business of the Company.
